1 Legislation of freedom of movement in Special Protection Areas Abstract The thesis is covering the legislation of freedom of movement in Special Protection Areas, in particular the limitations of freedom of movement embedded it the Act on the Protection of Nature and Landscape are examined. The timeliness of this topic lies in the consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic, the media conveying ideas and trends to visit attractive territories and technological progress that provide easy access to inaccessible places for a wide range of people. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the current legal regulation of Special Protection Areas and the assessment of the adequacy and fulfillment of the purpose of the limitation of fundamental freedom of movement by this legislation. This thesis provides an explanation of the fundamental freedom of movement, the legal regulation of the right of public use of nature and landscape and Special Protection Areas, the organization of nature and landscape protection and the instruments of nature and landscape protection. The thesis covers conceptual tools. Right of establishment in international private law

Right of establishment in International Private Law Private companies act in the international context more intensively than any time before. There are many ways how to act on the international market. One solution is to establish a branch or a representation office instead of establishing a brand new company. The right to act in the international context using branch companies and transfer of seat is known as the freedom of establishment. The thesis covers main issues concerning the freedom of establishment and also discusses the case law issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union. The comparative view of the seat and incorporation principles is used in the thesis. With a greater detail to the Czech law, the issue of the foreign companies' recognition is discussed. The Czech law recognizes foreign companies even in the form in which it is no longer possible to establish new company in the Czech Republic. In this regard basic elements of the bare trust are discussed. The case law of the the Court of Justice of the European Communities opened Europe's corporate space and allowed the competition between the national jurisdictions to begin. Freedom of Movement in the Environmental Law Abstract This thesis is concerning freedom of movement in the environmental law, i.e. the limitation of movement stemming from environmental legislation. Firstly, it is a current issue due to the COVID-19 pandemic - as the countryside has become a popular destination for many visitors. Secondly, it is a general issue - as the human population expands or as there are new possible ways of spending free time due to technological progress. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current state of legislation in this area and to assess it in regard to satisfying its purpose, i.e. environmental protection. It was ascertained that the environmental legislation rather reached its goals, as it offered flexible protection to the specific needs of individual areas. The legislations drawbacks comprised of legal vacuums - it seldom contained provisions for movement in winter countryside or it did not include sufficiently general rules to apply on every manner of movement of people in nature. Another issue of the legislation is the lack of public awareness, its considerable fragmentation and limited chance of it being enforced due to understaffed public guards.
